The first of five Friday gourmet evenings pairing Istrian Cabernet Sauvignon with Adriatic blue fish opens at Restoran Bacchus in Plava Laguna's Hotel Parentium. Prominent Croatian chefs give blue fish a contemporary treatment, telling the story of Istrian winemaking and fishing traditions. Later Fridays move to restaurants in Tar-Vabriga and Funtana.
