Istrian Brandy Fair
About this event
The 26th fair of home-made Istrian brandies takes place on 31 October in Hum, billed as the smallest town in the world. Producers from northern and central Istria present komovica, ruda and biska, plus versions flavoured with honey, St John's wort, cherries, mint and walnut. Source: istra.hr.
